Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• ER experience or acute-care background preferred
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC preferred
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and communication

Primary Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients on arrival
• Provide treatments, administer medications, and perform emergency interventions
• Monitor patient status and promptly report changes to physicians and team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and patient records
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• Support ER quality improvement and safety initiatives
