Requirements:

• Active RN license in state of practice
• Emergency Room experience or acute care background preferred
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and communication
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC preferred

Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients on arrival
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and team
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Educate patients and families on treatments and follow-up care
• Participate in ER quality improvement and safety initiatives
