Contract Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) — Portage, WI (26-Week)

We’re looking for a licensed clinical social worker to join a team in Portage, WI on a 26-week contract beginning ASAP. This is a daytime position (07:00 AM–03:30 PM) with a pay rate of $54.90/hr.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide individual counseling and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Carry a caseload of roughly 20–30 patients per week.
• Complete psychosocial assessments, make clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments when needed.
• Keep thorough and timely clinical documentation.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and correctional staff to coordinate care.

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active Wisconsin LCSW license.
• Clinical counseling training and hands-on experience.
• Comfort with crisis management and working in secure settings; correctional experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload.
