Rate: $2,004 per 40 hours

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• BLS required
• Hospice, palliative care, or end-of-life nursing experience preferred
• Hospice or palliative care certification preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and compassionate care skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, including pain and symptom management
• Administer medications and interventions to maintain patient comfort
• Educate patients and families on hospice care, disease progression, and end-of-life planning
• Document patient care accurately and communicate updates with the interdisciplinary hospice team
• Provide emotional and psychosocial support to patients and families
