We’re seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join a long-term care team in Honolulu, HI. This is a contract/travel position with a rotating schedule, starting as soon as possible. You’ll work 32-hour assignments at a pay rate of $1,488 per 32 hours while supporting residents in a skilled nursing/assisted living setting.
What you’ll bring
- Active LPN/LVN license for the state where you’ll practice.
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, clear communication, and a caring approach to resident needs.
- Ability to follow individualized care plans and collaborate well with RNs and other clinical staff.
What you’ll do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and keep an eye on their overall health.
- Administer medications and treatments under RN or physician supervision.
- Accurately document care and promptly report any changes in a resident’s condition.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to promote residents’ well-being.
