Key Responsibilities:

• Support residents with activities of daily living and monitor health status
• Administer medications and treatments per RN or physician direction
• Accurately document resident care and promptly report changes to the healthcare team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
