LPN – Long-Term Care (8-Week Contract) — Hart, MI

Join a long-term care team in Hart, MI as a contract LPN for an 8-week assignment starting ASAP. This full-time role (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week) supports resident-centered care in a skilled nursing setting. Competitive compensation: Travel rate $1,752/40 hrs; Local rate $1,684/40 hrs.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license for practice in Hart, MI
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care or similar experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
• Administer medications and basic treatments per care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal hygiene
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition promptly
• Maintain accurate nursing records of interventions and outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver resident-focused care
• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
