Requirements:

- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to step into a leadership role quickly and manage change effectively
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all nursing services to ensure high-quality resident care
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and policies
- Lead, supervise, and support nursing staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor clinical outcomes, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives
- Serve as a clinical resource and leader during the interim assignment
