Contract RN – Interventional Radiology (Chico, CA) | Days, Starts 6:30a, $3,184/40-hr

Join a friendly team in Chico, CA as a contract RN supporting Interventional Radiology. This day-shift role starts at 6:30 a.m., is ASAP start, and pays $3,184 for a 40-hour week.

What you’ll do:

• Perform thorough pre-procedure assessments and explain the plan to patients so they know what to expect.
• Monitor patients during interventional procedures, including those receiving moderate sedation.
• Assist physicians at the bedside while maintaining sterile technique.
• Provide post-procedure recovery care, teach discharge instructions, and ensure safe transitions.
• Recognize and respond quickly to complications or emergencies.
• Accurately document all care in the EMR.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 1–2 years of experience in acute care, ICU, ED, or procedural settings is preferred.
• Experience with cardiac monitoring and moderate sedation is a plus.
• Strong assessment skills, critical thinking, and clear communication.
