Labor & Delivery RN — Full-Time (Great Falls, MT)

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join a busy labor and delivery team in Great Falls, MT. This position starts ASAP with a Monday–Friday schedule and offers an opportunity to provide hands-on maternity care in a collaborative outpatient/inpatient setting.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Obstetrics or Labor & Delivery experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS and NRP preferred.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs throughout labor and delivery.
• Assist with labor, delivery, and postpartum care, including medication administration and prescribed interventions.
• Educate and support patients and families on childbirth and newborn care.
• Accurately document patient care and communicate status to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and clinical staff to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
