- Active RN license in practicing state
- Obstetrics/Labor & Delivery experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- BLS required; ACLS and NRP preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs during labor and delivery
- Provide direct care for labor, delivery, and postpartum patients
- Administer prescribed medications and interventions
- Educate and support patients and families on childbirth and newborn care
- Accurately document care and report patient status to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and clinical staff
