Night Shift RN – Long Term Care (Norristown, ASAP, $1,588/36h Contract)

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join a Norristown, PA team on a short-term contract. This is a local (non-travel) assignment starting ASAP for one week. Shifts are scheduled Mon, Wed, Thu, Sat from 11:00 PM–7:30 AM. Pay is $1,588 for the 36-hour assignment.

What you’ll need

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
• Current BLS certification

What you’ll do

• Deliver and document nursing care: plan and implement care, administer medications, and collect specimens for testing.
• Monitor and reassess patients continuously, provide appropriate interventions, and chart progress.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, assist with procedures as needed, and help prepare and maintain accurate records.
• Provide patient education and document assessments, education, and nursing activities in the medical record.
• Help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment—manage patient conduct and support order and safety on the unit.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
