Join a short-term, contract (non-travel) assignment in Norristown, PA. Start ASAP for a one-week shift rotation: Mon, Wed, Thu, Sat, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM. Compensation: Local rate $1,588 per 36 hours.
Requirements:
- Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
- BLS certification
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care; perform ongoing patient assessments and document progress.
- Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per protocol.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, assist with procedures, and contribute to treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, education and all nursing activities in the medical record.
- Promote a safe, therapeutic environment by maintaining order, supervising patient conduct, and addressing safety concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
