- Must be willing to floatwhere experienced
- IV certified (must be willing to obtain during onboarding if not certified)
- All RTO must be on initial presentation for approval and can not exceed 5 days (Holidays NOT approved)
- Covid Vaccination
- Locals residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be accepted (perm address)
- Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred
- Rural/small facility experience – Highly Preferred
- Certifications (must be active)
- License (must be active)
- New Hampshire license (Compact Allowed)
