Join a community hospital in Antigo, WI, as a Locum Tenens OB/GYN providing inpatient and outpatient coverage to support existing providers. Coverage begins July 1, 2026 and continues on an ongoing basis to supplement clinical services and call responsibilities.

Schedule & Logistics

• Coverage type: Clinical duties plus 24-hour call (beeper) with 30-minute response time
• Typical shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (24-hour service)
• Specific shifts needing coverage: Jun 25–28 and Jul 22–26
• Admissions, rounding, and delivery coverage required
• Annual deliveries at the facility: ~180
• Trauma level: IV
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital privileges required
• Travel, lodging, and and malpractice insurance provided

Clinical Scope

• Manage low‑risk and routine pregnancies, interpret fetal heart rate tracings
• Deliver routine and complicated labors; repair 3rd–4th degree lacerations
• Perform operative procedures including management of major ectopic pregnancy, oophorectomy, cystectomy, and extensive lysis of adhesions
• Provide inpatient rounding and accept admissions as needed

Requirements

• Active medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• NRP certification
