Join a long-term care team in Hart, MI for an 8-week contract starting ASAP. This position is a full-time, 40-hour/week assignment (8-hour shifts). Compensation: Travel rate $2,060/40 hrs; Local rate $1,980/40 hrs.
Requirements:
- Active RN license valid in Michigan
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- BLS certification (required)
- Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and leadership abilities
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and coordinate resident care
- Deliver direct nursing care and provide supervisory oversight to LPNs and CNAs
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care according to policy
- Monitor, document, and report resident condition and progress
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
