Required qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Medical-surgical experience preferred
• Current BLS; ACLS preferred based on patient population
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and communication skills

Core responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients, including regular vital sign checks
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions
• Accurately document care and alert the team to changes in condition
• Educate patients and families on care plans and self-management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care
