COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Additional Compensation: $500 flat rate for onboarding modules and Epic personalization
- Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: $150/night stipend for lodging, car rental, or mileage (per facility guidelines) REQUIRED PROCEDURES
- Gross sectioning and examination of pathology specimens
- Surgical pathology sign-out
- Clinical pathology responsibilities
- Blood smear reviews
- Handling routine pathology cases and cancer resections
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active SC license or FCVS
- Board: Board Eligible within 5 years
- Experience: Fellowship required; experience in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
- Other Qualifications: Must perform gross pathology; Epic experience preferred
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform gross examination and sign-out of surgical pathology specimens
- Interpret and report anatomic and clinical pathology findings
- Review and analyze blood smears and routine pathology cases
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment
- Participate in weekend call coverage as scheduled
