Requirements:

• Active RN license in practicing state
• Medical-surgical experience preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (depending on patient population)
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient condition and vital signs
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Accurately document care and promptly report changes to the healthcare team
• Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge instructions
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care
