Requirements:
- Active RN license in the practicing state
- Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
- BLS required; ACLS preferred (depending on patient population)
- Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and according to policy
- Communicate changes in patient status and care needs to the healthcare team
- Provide patient and family education on care plans and health management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate and optimize patient care
