Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Experience in Medical-Surgical and/or Skilled Nursing preferred
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred, if applicable)
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered
- Provide wound care, post-operative care, and assistance with activities of daily living
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
