Travel RN – OB/L&D Nights (Lewistown, MT)

Join a travel contract team in Lewistown, MT, providing night-shift OB/L&D nursing care. This assignment starts ASAP and offers $2,484 per 36-hour period.

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact, as applicable)
• At least 1 year recent OB/L&D experience preferred
• BLS required
• ACLS, NRP, and/or AWHONN preferred (may be required by facility)

Key responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document maternal and fetal status during antepartum, intrapartum, and immediate postpartum phases
• Provide direct nursing care and support during labor and delivery; assist physicians and midwives with vaginal and cesarean births
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and ordered treatments
• Operate and interpret fetal heart rate monitoring equipment
• Educate patients and families on labor progression, pain management, and postpartum care
• Respond promptly to obstetric emergencies and complications
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient patient care
