Join a surgical team in Dillon, MT as a contract Registered Nurse (Operating Room / Circulate). This ASAP assignment is a Monday–Friday role with varied shift hours, offering $1,938 per 34-hour period.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license for practice in the state.
• Perioperative or surgical nursing experience preferred.
• BLS required; CNOR or other perioperative certifications preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare patients and the operating room for surgical cases.
• Circulate during procedures: monitor patient status, anticipate team needs, and support workflow.
• Administer medications and maintain strict sterile technique.
• Accurately document care, surgical events, and patient outcomes.
• Provide pre- and post-operative education to patients and families.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure safe, efficient care.
