Minimum qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD)
• Licensed Psychologist in Wisconsin (Psychology Examining Board)
• Competence in DSM diagnostic criteria, evidence-based treatments, and correctional mental health practices
• Strong written and verbal communication, clinical documentation, and teamwork skills

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, testing, and risk evaluations
• Provide individual and group mental health treatment, ongoing monitoring, and crisis intervention
• Assess and determine placement or removal from observation or restraint status
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and prepare required reports
• Collaborate with Department of Corrections staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
