Join a Mattoon, IL facility on a contract/travel assignment as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. This night shift role starts ASAP and offers a competitive rate of $1,894 per 36 hours. Schedule: 12-hour nights (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) with rotating weekends.

Key responsibilities and environment:

• Provide respiratory care across all patient populations—neonatal, pediatric, adult critical care, and emergency settings.
• Document care in Cerner EMR and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in high-acuity environments.

Required qualifications:

• Active Illinois Respiratory Care license
• Active NBRC certification
• Active American Heart Association: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Active NRP certification
• Minimum 2 years as an RRT with documented adult critical care and emergency department experience
• Neonatal/pediatric experience required
• Cerner EMR experience
• Able to manage patients across all populations

Candidate location restriction:

• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered.

Shift/compensation details:

• Nights: 12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM
• Rotating weekends required
• Rate: $1,894 per 36 hours
