We’re looking for a compassionate RN to join a busy pediatric outpatient clinic in Great Falls, MT. This full-time, daytime role starts ASAP and follows a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM). You’ll be part of a team that prioritizes family-centered care and supports children and their families through routine and acute outpatient needs.
What you’ll bring
- Active RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program
- BLS required; PALS preferred
- Previous pediatric or outpatient experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to family-centered care
- Comfort working in a fast-paced clinic environment
What you’ll be doing day-to-day
- Provide nursing care and age-appropriate assessments for children in an outpatient setting
- Take and interpret vital signs, administer immunizations and medications as ordered
- Assist providers during exams and with minor procedures
- Educate parents and caregivers about child health, development, and preventive care
- Triage phone calls and respond to patient concerns with clinical judgment and empathy
- Coordinate labs, referrals, and follow-up care to keep patients on track
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and communications in the EMR
