Required qualifications:

• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and crisis-management skills

Core responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document patients with mental health and/or substance use disorders
• Administer medications and evaluate patient response
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as needed
• Maintain patient safety and accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team for treatment planning and continuity of care
