Travel Registered Nurse (RN) — Outpatient Clinic, Grand Junction, CO (Mon–Fri Days)

Join a Clinic-based team in Grand Junction, CO as a contract Registered Nurse. This daytime position (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) starts ASAP and offers $2,004 per 40-hour week.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license for the state of Colorado (or appropriate state-specific licensure)
• BLS certification
• Clinic/outpatient experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-education skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a care team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient/clinic setting
• Assist providers with exams, treatments, and minor procedures
• Administer medications and injections according to protocol
• Accurately document patient encounters and interventions in the EMR
• Provide patient education and coordinate follow-up care
