• Week on/week off schedule, 77 hours per pay period
• 11-hour shifts, 7 shifts per week
• Start times between 6:30am and 9:30am
• Outpatient facility
• Variety of patients including adolescents and adults ages 4+
• New patient visits 1-2 hours, follow-ups 30 min-1 hour
• Must have 12+ months experience
• Hospital privileges required
