Aspirus Health is seeking a Gastroenterologist to practice in Duluth, Minnesota. Join a thriving health system in a growing Midwestern market.
OPPORTUNITY:
· Personalized clinic and endoscopy schedules tailored to your preferences
· One clinic day per week with a strong focus on procedures
· Modern Endoscopy Center with 4 procedure suites
· Dedicated ERCP suite, ERCP/EUS is a plus but not required
· Clinic, Endoscopy Center, and Hospital all connected for seamless care
· Call schedule target of 1:5
· EPIC EMR
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION:
· 2 Year Guarantee - $700K base salary with option to move to a Production Compensation Model after year one. $81.56/RVU Conversion Factor
· Up to $75K starting bonus
· Relocation assistance, student loan repayment program, annual CME allowance
