APRN/PA Vascular Surgery — AdventHealth Sebring (MTh+, SignOn, Rapid Growth & Open Heart 2027)

Join a collaborative team at AdventHealth Sebring’s growing Vascular Surgery Clinic and help deliver high-quality, whole-person care. We’re expanding—Open Heart services begin in 2027—and seeking an experienced APRN or PA to work alongside a seasoned Vascular Surgeon (an additional surgeon is being recruited).

Schedule and work environment

• Mon–Thu 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Fri 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. (1:00–5:00 p.m. reserved for administrative/flex time)

Core responsibilities

• Manage follow-up appointments and longitudinal vascular patient care
• Collaborate closely with vascular surgery team and support new surgeon integration
• Deliver evidence-based care prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction
• Perform or develop competency in common office procedures

Preferred experience and skills

• 2–3+ years’ APRN/PA experience in vascular or cardiology clinic settings preferred
• If APRN, prior RN experience (three years) is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a team-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn new procedures and grow within the specialty

Education, licensure, and certification

• Master’s degree in nursing (APRN) or Master’s degree as a Physician Assistant
• BLS and ACLS
• DEA registration and Florida license (or eligibility)
