• Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-1:30pm
• 25 patients per day
• Telehealth and in clinic visits
• Trigger point and joint steroid injections required
• 2+ years pain management experience minimum
• Board certification required
• Hospital privileges required
• Adults only, 18 years and up
