**ENT (Otolaryngology) Physician**
**Location: Spearfish, SD**
**Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABO) in Otolaryngology (ENT)**
• Unique opportunity to serve as the sole ENT provider in a thriving medical hub with a large three-state referral base (South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana)
• Practice offers the autonomy of a private setting with the stability and support of an established hospital and clinic system
• Work in a highly regarded rural community hospital recognized nationally for excellence
Practice Highlights:
• Fully equipped, dedicated ENT clinical wing designed for efficient workflow
• “Move-in ready” setup with specialized ENT equipment and experienced support staff
• Guaranteed OR block time in a 42-bed hospital—no competition for surgical access
• Strong hospital support including Hospitalist and Emergency Room teams
Multidisciplinary Support Team:
• 3 Audiologists providing advanced diagnostics (ABR, VNG)
• 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), including dedicated support in Allergy and Sleep medicine
Referral & Patient Volume:
• Built-in referral stream from local primary care physicians and pediatricians
• Regional patient draw across multiple states
• Opportunity to quickly establish a high-volume practice as the sole ENT in the area
Lifestyle & Community Benefits:
• No state income tax
• Short, stress-free commute (approximately 5 minutes)
