**Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician**
**Location: Rapid City, SD**
**Board Eligible/Board Certified**
Full-time opportunity for a Board Eligible/Board Certified physician in both Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
Practice designed around a 3-pillar model, allowing a diverse clinical mix:
• Closed 39-bed ICU
• Inpatient pulmonary consultative services
• Outpatient pulmonary medicine
Work within a Level II trauma center supported by:
• Experienced critical care nursing staff
• Rapid response team
• 24/7 hospitalist service
• Outpatient clinic located in a modern, multispecialty facility in close proximity to the hospital
• Opportunity to help grow and expand pulmonary and critical care services within a large regional healthcare system
• Serve a broad population base as part of the only healthcare system within a 300-mile radius
• Collaborative environment with access to advanced treatments and strong interdisciplinary support
Compensation & Benefits:
• Highly competitive base salary
• Quarterly production bonus incentives
• 10% starting bonus
• Generous multi-year retention bonus
• Paid relocation and moving stipend
