Responsibilities
Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced, certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for per diem coverage at HCA Florida Northwest Medical Center. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing Level III NICU in a supportive, community-focused environment.
Your Role at a Glance
- Staffing Model: 4 Neonatologists, 1.6 NNPs
- NNP Schedule: 12 hour shifts
- Clinical Responsibilities:
- Attend high-risk deliveries
- Care for Level II/III NICU patients

Located in northern Broward County, HCA Florida Northwest Medical Center is a 289-bed acute care hospital and part of HCA East Florida, the largest healthcare system in Eastern Florida. The hospital features:
- A 17-bed Level III NICU
- ~1,420 annual deliveries
- A growing infrastructure with access to cutting-edge technology and a dedicated clinical team
Qualifications
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master’s degree
- FL license required
