Practice model and team
- Collaborative care-team model with a maximum 1:4 MD:CRNA ratio
- Staffing: 6 full-time General MDs, 6 full-time Cardiac MDs, 7 full-time OB MDs who cover OB/GYN independently, and 50 CRNA FTEs
- Operate 15–16 ORs daily
- No pediatric, heavy trauma, obstetrics, or primary cardiac responsibilities for general anesthesiologists
- Always have cardiac coverage on call; cardiac team manages primary cardiac events and will call the general team as needed

Requirements and training
- Liver transplant cases are required for this position; proctoring and training provided
- $5,000 stipend per liver case; additional pay while training
Compensation and additional earning opportunities
- Starting salary: $575,000
- Salary increases to $600,000 once credentialed for liver cases
- $5,000 per liver stipend
- Options to earn additional income; 1099 arrangements available
- 10 weeks vacation

Call schedule
