**Inpatient Psychiatry Opportunity**
**Location: Mattoon. IL**
**Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry**
• Provides inpatient psychiatric care in a structured clinical setting
• Work schedule follows a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation, supporting work-life balance
• Focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions
• Manages acute psychiatric cases requiring hospitalization and close monitoring
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, nurses, and social workers
• Responsible for medication management, treatment planning, and patient stabilization
• Ensures continuity of care through discharge planning and coordination with outpatient services
• Serves a diverse patient population with varying psychiatric and behavioral health needs
• Offers an opportunity to practice in a community-based setting with consistent patient flow
• Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry
