**Assignment Details**
- Start: March 30, 2026
- Duration: Ongoing (initial urgent dates required)
- URGENT Dates Required:
- March 30 – April 7 (AM)
- April 12 – April 14
- Schedule:
- Mon–Fri: 7a–3p (clinic, OR assist, rounding)
- Weekday Call: 3p–7a
- Weekend Call: Friday 3p – Monday 7a
- Call Ratio: 1:2
- Setting: Inpatient
- EMR: Epic
**Clinical Details**
- Cardiothoracic surgery PA role across clinic, OR, and ICU
- 5–8 patients per shift
- OR assist, rounding, and clinic integrated daily
- ICU and step-down patient management
- Call-back is light (approx. 1–2x/month)
**Requirements**
- Physician Assistant
- Active CA License and DEA
- ACLS and BLS
- Clean history
- Must cover ALL required dates
**Skills Needed**
- Endoscopic and open vein harvesting
- OR assist in CT surgery
- ICU/step-down management –
- Interpretation of EKGs, X-ray, labs
- ECMO, IABP, Impella experience
**Compensation**
- Facility accepting bids (uncapped)
- Malpractice provided
- Travel and lodging reimbursed
