• Full-time 5 days per week with 8-hour shifts
• One evening shift weekly 11 am - 9 pm
• One Saturday or Sunday monthly
• Average 20-24 patients per 8-hour shift
• Primary care including pediatric adult and women's health
• Office-based procedures required
• Primarily Spanish-speaking farm-working families
