Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient team in Dallas, Georgia. This position offers a flexible, patient-focused schedule with extended weekday hours and minimal weekend commitment—without any on-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality, comprehensive care and thrives in a collaborative clinical environment.

Schedule:

• 3 weekdays per week (Monday–Friday): 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 1 weekend every other week: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to an adult population
• Perform routine exams, including Pap smears, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Counsel patients on preventive care and overall wellness
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within a primary care setting
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid and unrestricted Georgia medical license (or eligibility)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
