Locums Tele-Neurology Physician

We are seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurology Physicians for a fully remote Locums Tele-Neurology opportunity supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This role offers flexible scheduling with an ongoing need, ideal for physicians seeking supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice. Physicians provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure, enterprise-level telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Position Highlights:

• 100% remote telemedicine
• $210.000 to $220.000 per hour (work from home)

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote neurologic consultation to ED and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and guide thrombolytic or endovascular decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians on treatment plans
• Document encounters in the EMR

Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required
• Multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support provided)
• Licensure Needs Licenses in hand preferred; FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
