Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, comprehensive care in a collaborative outpatient setting, with a flexible schedule and strong clinical support. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering evidence-based care and building long-term patient relationships.

Schedule:

• 3 weekdays per week (Monday–Friday): 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 1 weekend every other week: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to an adult population
• Perform routine exams, including Pap smears, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Counsel patients on preventive care and overall wellness
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within a primary care setting
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Requirements:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Active and unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license
• Board certification (FNP-BC, AANP, or NCCPA certification for PAs)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of primary care experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical training may be considered)
• Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
