Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, comprehensive care in a collaborative outpatient setting, with a flexible schedule and strong clinical support. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering evidence-based care and building long-term patient relationships.
Schedule:
- 3 weekdays per week (Monday–Friday): 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 1 weekend every other week: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- No on-call responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to an adult population
- Perform routine exams, including Pap smears, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Counsel patients on preventive care and overall wellness
- Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within a primary care setting
- Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
- Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
- Manage a patient volume of approximately 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
- Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Requirements:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Active and unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license
- Board certification (FNP-BC, AANP, or NCCPA certification for PAs)
- Minimum of 1–2 years of primary care experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical training may be considered)
- Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
