This is a full time role following a Mon-Fri schedule. We are looking for confident, patient centered clinicians who can independently manage a diverse panel while delivering high quality, evidence based care.
- Permanent full-time position
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Must have 2+ years of Adult Primary Care experience
- M-F: 4 days patient facing in office, 1 day for admin
- Holds or able to obtain a OR license
