Clinical Responsibilities
Labor and delivery coverage including low and high risk pregnancies
Management of obstetric emergencies and complicated deliveries
Cesarean sections and operative deliveries
Fetal heart rate monitoring and interpretation
OB ultrasounds including Level I and Level II studies
Emergency gynecologic procedures and inpatient consults
General gynecologic procedures including IUD placement, colposcopy, and LEEP
Surgical gynecology including open and laparoscopic procedures
Coverage of OB emergency department and ED consults

Support Structure
Multidisciplinary OB/GYN team including MFM, REI, Gyn Oncology, and Urogynecology
24 hour in house OB CRNA coverage
24 hour MFM support
Level III NICU support
Dedicated labor and delivery nursing team

Requirements
Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Active Montana license required or IMLC eligibility
BLS certification required
