Job Description
We are seeking a Locum Tenens Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Pittsfield, MA. This is an opportunity for an experienced APP who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
Position Overview:
- Delivering comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages
- Promoting evidence-based practice and high clinical standards
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical protocols
Requirements:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body
- Active Massachusetts license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Must have and maintain an unrestricted DEA license
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus
Compensation: $80.00 – $85.00 per hour
