Job Description
Seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for an outpatient permanent opening in the Finger Lakes Region of Western NY near Canandaigua.
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- M-F, Full-time 40 hours a week
- Call 1 week every 7-8 weeks (phone only) - Secure text from answering service and then the clinician calls them back (light volume)
- Will see all ages
- Typically, see approx. 18 ppd
- EMR is ECW
- Seeking candidates with Family Practice outpatient experience and comfortable working independently
- Salary 120-150k depending on experience, full benefits, relocation assistance, and eligible for loan repayment through HRSA
