- Scheduled clinical hours plus call
- 10 - 20 patients per 24-hour call period
- Inpatient pediatric critical care setting
- Call ratio 1:8 with in-house coverage
- ECMO and ventilation management required
- Central line and arterial line insertion needed
- 1 - 2 admissions per 24-hour call period
- Chest tube insertion and temporary pacemaker skills
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
