Seeking a BE/BC Psychiatrist to join group.
- Part-time or full-time; daily schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm; no evenings or weekends
- Practice will consist of primarily outpatient practice with the possibility of a rotating schedule for provision of inpatient/ED consults
- Pediatric experience and competence preferred, though not required
- Compensation $335,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
Duties:
- Conducting health screenings and psychiatric evaluations.
- Prescribing, monitoring, managing, and evaluating psychopharmacological medications.
- Providing integrated mental health services in general health settings.
- Collaborating with other psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, nurse practitioners, and support staff.
- Seeking consultation and referring patients to other providers when necessary.
- Collaborating with other departments and specialties when appropriate in order to effectively and ethically treat patients with complex medical needs and comorbid mental health concerns.
