A physiatry opening is available in Appleton, Wisconsin with a highly integrated orthopedic, spine, and pain center offering a collaborative, multispecialty environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing program with strong patient demand and advanced care coordination.

**About the Position**
-Outpatient-focused physiatry practice
-Clinic-based role with diverse musculoskeletal and neurologic case mix
-Opportunity to build a high-volume practice within a growing service line
-1 day per week outreach to Oshkosh

**Practice Highlights**
-18–27 patients per day in a 9-hour clinic schedule
-EMG proficiency required
-Perform clinic-based procedures including ultrasound-guided injections
-Dedicated clinical support including CMA and shared triage nursing team
-Collaborative environment across orthopedic, spine, and pain specialists

**Call Responsibilities**
-Inpatient call rotation for nights and weekends
-Coverage includes inpatient rehab and consults

**Team Structure**
-Advanced practice clinician support in PM&R and pain management
-Part of a large orthopedic service line with 50+ providers across specialties

**Program Overview**
-Integrated Orthopedic, Spine & Pain Center bringing multiple specialties into one location
-Collaboration with neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, interventional pain, and therapy services
-Access to imaging, MRI, neurodiagnostics, and procedural labs
-Patient-centered, coordinated care model

**Qualifications**
-Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
-Eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin
-Strong procedural and diagnostic skills including EMG
