**About the Position**
-Full-time outpatient primary care position
-Practice based in Indianapolis (Indy South location)
-Focus on comprehensive care across acute and chronic conditions
-Emphasis on prevention, health promotion, and disease management

**Practice Highlights**
-Provide full-spectrum primary care services including diagnosis and treatment
-Develop individualized treatment plans and manage ongoing care

**Qualifications**
-MD or DO (or equivalent)
